  • Advertising and Attribution Data: When you install our App or take certain in-App actions — such as signing up, completing your first lesson, starting a subscription trial, or making a purchase — we and our advertising measurement partners may receive information about these events along with your device identifier and our internal account identifier so that we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

  • To Protect Our Rights: We may disclose information to enforce our policies, protect our rights and property, and the safety of our users.
